2B Mindset Results Are More Than Just Physical

For the last few weeks, I have been participating in a weight-loss test group focusing around my newest elimination experience offering, the 2B Mindset Weight Loss Program, which is now available for purchase by clicking here.   The 2B Mindset results are, no doubt, more than just physical.

2B Mindset is a program created by nutritionist, Ilana Muhlstein, who’s  lost over 100 pounds with the program because unlike other weight loss programs, it’s not restrictive.  This is no way feels like a diet.  It’s what I describe as, “Food Freedom.” Ilana teaches us to focus on the gains of nutrition instead of focusing on the deprivation that so many programs create.   There is no counting calories, carbs or containers, and you will find that losing weight can be done, happily.

This is definitely not a restrictive diet or intensified workouts.

This is a plan that focuses on the psychology of our weight struggles, and participants learn about their emotional triggers and how to combat the desire to “comfort consume.” Working out is what Ilana calls “extra credit.”  However, as a coach, I do strongly encourage exercise.

How Did My Body React to the Program?

I’ve been following the 2B Mindset Lifestyle for over four weeks.  The pictures below are after four weeksI lost 7 pounds with the program so far and overcame a 3 year plateau. I did incorporate a mix of cardio and lifting with this program as well.  Within the first week, I noticed a difference in my digestion and energy level.

What Supplements Do I Take? 

I drink Shakeology everyday (Vegan Vanilla).

Before my workout I drink energize.

I eat Beachbody Bars when I need a quick on the go snack.

What Tips Do You Have for Someone Beginning this Program?
