Whole30: How I Broke the Rules without Regret!

I want to take a minute to thank each and every one of you who’ve followed me on this crazy journy with Whole 30.  As I type this, I am on Day 20 and truly feeling INCREDIBLE!

Here are a few of the benefits I’ve experienced so far

  • Deep, sound sleep
  • Clear skin and a bit of a glow
  • 9 pounds down
  • Loose clothing
  • Enjoyment of healthy foods
  • Cravings totally gone
  • Clarity and Improved Focus
  • No aches in my neck
  • No bloat.  It’s totally gone. GONE!
  • Freedom from food addiction

 

Along this journey, I’ve had a lot of questions as well.  Like, how did you start?  Is this a Beachbody program?  What about snacks?  Do you miss the carbs?   Is it hard?  Are you still drinking shakeology? Katy, you love cake?!?

I’ve spent some time answering these questions on my facebook page, and I share this program because I have NEVER felt better.  But I did make a few modifications.  I shared with my followers WHY I started this program. Check out the video for details.

After 20 days on the program, the most natural question seems to be what happens after you are done.  I can tell you right now I have NO desire for most of the foods I ate before.  I am craving a wholesome nutritious diet, and am loving the clarity and confidence this is giving me.   So my plan is to make this my WHOLE life… with wine.

I mean, I enjoy wine.  And I do look forward to that!
