Shaun T’s Chicken Chopped Salad

Ingredients 4 oz diced chicken3 cups romaine lettuce1/3 avocado, sliced12 asparagus spears, steamed and chopped1 tsp honey2 tsp Dijon mustard1 TBL lemon juice Directions:Toss chicken, lettuce, avocado, and asparagus in a large salad bowl.  In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, and lemon juice.  Drizzle over salad.  Calories:  399Protein:  44gFat:  16gFiber:  10g
