BODi, Beachbody On Demand Interactive, workout streaming platform turns your living room into an interactive home gym where you can workout on your own schedule.

As a BODi member, you’ll have access to hundreds of live and on-demand studio classes designed for every fitness level — cycling workouts, cardio/HIIT, strength training, barre, Pilates, yoga, and more — taught in an exciting live class format.

Each is individually designed and is accompanied by original hit tracks from your favorite artists to keep you moving to the beat.

Beachbody On Demand Interactive. or Bodi, is Beachbody’s new home workout streaming service where you can turn your home gym into a live and on-deman studio where you can attend the workout classes in your schedule.

BODi members have access to hundreds of live and on-demand workout classes built for every fitness level. Workout Examples are cycling workouts on the Beachbody MYX Bike, cardio/HIIT, strength training, barre, Pilates, yoga, and more. They are taught in an exciting live class format.

BODi will contain Beachbody’s famous Super Trainers, including Amoila Cesar, Autumn Calabrese, Elise Joan, Jericho Matthews, Joel Freeman, Megan Davies, and Shaun T who will bring their top notch fitness expertise to your living room

That team now includes Jennifer Jacobs, Beachbody’s newest Super Trainer. She was once known for her popular Peloton biking classes, and is now sharing fitness cycling knowledge with BODi members.

How Do I Access BODi?

Starting this fall, anyone with an active Beachbody On Demand membership can purchase a BODi membership. Discounts available to new and current customers.

Is BODi Different From the Regular Beachbody On Demand Membership?

Once you upgrade to BODi, in addition to the more than 1,500 on-demand workouts currently available on Beachbody On Demand, you’ll have exclusive access to all of BODi’s daily live and on-demand studio classes, as well as exclusive monthly advice and support.
