There is a crazy misconception about cleanses and detoxes! I am on Day 4 of the 21 Day Ultimate Reset and most people say, “I could never do that.”  We, as a society put up this barrier, right?

But why?  Honestly it’s taken me 2 years to commit to this program for the same misconceptions so many feel about the any detox or cleanse.
But after just four days, I can totally clarify some of those common misconceptions!

What is the Ultimate Reset? Read this.

After 4 days…
Here’s what I can clarify.

1.  This is NOT a starvation diet.  I am eating good, clean wholesome food and I am full.

A Gallon a Day!

2   There are NO crazy juice blends.
3.  I am not (pardon me) going to the bathroom nonstop.

I will say…
1.  You will get used to drinking a TON of water.  I have never felt so hydrated before.  (That in itself is a natural cleanse.)
2.  My body has never craved a natural detox more.  I can already tell you the bloat is gone! It’s thanking me for this nourishment!
3. I sleep so soundly. I wake feeling rested. Although getting used to life without caffeine is an adjustment  I usually take a pre-workout as well as 2 cups of coffee, so my body is adjusting to this as well.

Oh and I have to add…
I am participating in an online accountability group with other people who are completing the reset.  The support has been wonderful as we can talk about the recipes, the side effects, the questions! It’s amazing to network with other people who are doing it right along side you!

And now for the DRESSING!

Creamy Garlic Dressing

1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbl fresh lemon juice
2 Tbl chopped parsley
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbl pure maple syrup

Place oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, mustard, and syrup in a blender or food processor, cover with lid.

Blend until smooth
Refrigerate dressing if not using immediately.
If dressing solidifies when cold, hold at room temperature for 30 minutes.  Stir before serving.

Hey guys I totally get that the reset might be intimidating to you, but with that being said, I do believe it is a program for EVERYONE!  But if you aren’t ready to commit, let’s set up a time to work out a plan that WORKS for you!
