It’s a bigger reason to sweat…
***Applications due March 22nd. 8 spots remaining!
Let me give you some background…
It was February 14th, Valentine’ s Day, 2014, I sat at the table twirling my hair. Hair I was told would be gone in less than 2 months.
I just had the bone marrow biopsy that morning…
I was sore.
I was scared.
I was mad.
I didn’t see an hope.
My hair was long. Thick. A stamp of beauty.
So I thought.
I decided that night to take my hair. All of it. Chop it and take control of a situation that I otherwise didn’t have.
Fast forward to March 2015.
My hair is a stamp of confidence.
|My Campaign, My Cause, My Purpose|
- It’s short.
- It’s fierce.
- It’s out of control.
- It’s growing.
Kinda, sorta, a little, like me.
Symbolism at it’s finest.
I’ve learned a thing or two about confidence, beauty, and sweat over the last year. I’ve learned that working out- is therapy.
- I sweat because I can.
- I sweat because it reminds me of my blessings.
- I sweat for those who cannot.
- I sweat to rise above my own insecurities.
- I sweat because someone, everyday, needs me to.
I would like to extend the opportunity for you to sweat with me.
This is NOT just an online accountability group.
This is a group of women who are sweating for something bigger.
Yes. You will get results.
You will lose weight.
You will tone up.
You will have more energy.
You will see a difference in your health.
That’s the result.
BUT the goal?
The goal is to become confident in your own skin.
Take charge of your workouts and your life.
Allow yourself to be selfish with your “me time” workouts.
Find the therapy in treating your body with the utmost respect- through food and movement.
As your COACH, I will:
- Provide you with meal plans
- Provide daily motivation and accountability
- Sweat along with you (via the wonders of technology)
- Provide daily gratitude reminders
Because you are putting your faith in me, as your coach, I am going to donate a portion of each challenge pack sale to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, an organization dear to my heart.
