Mike is starting the 3 Day Refresh today and I was pretty pumped when I was looking over some of the dinner recipes. 

The 3 Day Refresh consists of three daily shakes, a fiber drink, plenty of filtered water, plus an array of fresh fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats throughout the day to keep your energy and metabolism going.

Whether you want to lose a few pounds, break some bad habits, or jump start a weight loss goal, the refresh is a simple way to begin achieving these goals!

I came across this recipe while checking out the manual and couldn’t wait to make it!  It’s so easy and perfect for summer snacking!


3 day refresh recipes

(Makes 2 Servings)
2 TBL red wine ninegar
2 TSP balsamic vinegar
4 TSP lemon juice
2 TSP EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1 cucumber, halved lengthwise, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 TBL chopped red onion
2 TBL fresh parsley
2 TBL fresh basil
1 dash Himilayan salt

1 Combine apple cider and balsamic vinegars, lemon juice, and oil in small bowl; set aside
2. Combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, parsley, basil, and salt in a large bowl; mix well.
3. Drizzle dressing over cucumber mixture; toss gently and blend.

This is not a program that will leave you feeling famished.  Although it is low in calories (about 900 a day), it is loaded with protein and fiber, so you are properly nourishing your body without feeling starved. And it’s only three days!  Stay tuned for his results!
