This is a go to recipe straight from Beast Nutritional Plan.  One of my favorite things about all of the Beachbody workouts is the nutritional plan that comes with it. 

Body Beast has a great nutritional guide for all taste buds.  One of our favorite recipes is Sagi’s meatballs.  It’s an easy recipe to make in bulk, store, and enjoy later.  Their easy for a quick snack and a quick dinner.

 We usually serve this with tomato sauce and enjoy with brown rice pasta.
