When I am seriously craving some pizza but I know that I will regret it, I make this super easy pizza alternative. It’s so delicious: crispy crust, loaded with toppings, and really good for me. Does your pizza delivery guy promise that?
- 1 Sargento low-fat string cheese
- 1 whole wheat pita pocket
- 1 heaping handful of sauteed spinach
- Veggies! I prefer green peppers, banana peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes
- Garlic powder to taste
Load it all up on a pita and bake at 425 until cheese is melted (about 8 minutes).
