Triumph Challenge: You're Invited

I get asked a lot of questions about HOW?

HOW did I stay focused on building my business throughout treatment?
HOW did I maintain a positive attitude throughout?
HOW did I get up every morning and just do it?

I don't know if there is really one way to explain the how? I think it was more of a wake up every morning and just believe that I could. One foot in front of the other, I guess..

But in hindsight.

It has nothing to do with HOW and everything to do with WHY.

It was about my mindset.
It was about overcoming the clouds and letting in the sun.
It was a belief that if I could maybe inspire ONE... perhaps my purpose for the struggle was worth it.

It wasn't always easy.

But I know that everyone's got something right?

Maybe not cancer.
But it's something.
Something that holds you back or brings you to a dark place.
Something that you allow to hold you captive.

But do you ever think to yourself... what's the purpose?

I get it.
I know because I've been there.

But I also know that there is a lot of good that can come from the bad. I know that sometimes the blessings are hidden behind the darkness.

Perhaps, I can help you see through the darkness. 

This is a new kind of challenge.
The type of challenge that will help you refocus and get back to the good.

Your trials are your triumphs, and I encourage you to embrace it.

Together for four weeks I will provide you with daily tips and accountability.  The same tips I applied daily through the hardest time in my life. 



Here's what you get with the group: 

I will provide nutritional meal plan and easy to follow recipes.
I will also provide some of the same lessons I learned throughout the most difficult time in my life. 

You will be part of a supportive environment to gain, focus, balance and clarity.
And of course daily support and accountability

*Please note- you will NEVER be obligated to share your struggle.  Instead, this is the group that allows you to personally reflect on your obstacles and use the advice provided to move forward. 


My goal is to help each challenger begin to gain clarity through the imbalances of life  focus on making health a priority.

Requirements
*I am investing a lot of time in this group because I believe if you allow it to, it can change your life:  mentally and physically.  I personally believe that personal wellness has a major impact on the way we think.  Here is what my participants will be required to do in order to participate. 

1.
Each person is required to make me their free coach on TeamBeachbody. You can do that here: Create A Free Account then since Yoga has not only helped me to gain strength and flexibility but it has helped me to take control over my breathing and my thoughts Piyo is going to be the preferred program. If you do not wish to do Piyo then you can choose to do another Beachbody Fitness program but we are going to talk a lot about breathing and being present in the moment and I feel that yoga is the best workout!

Secondly, each person is required to replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology. Either breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is no right or wrong meal you can replace Shakeology with. It's truly whatever meal you struggle with most. Shakeology is not a protein shake, but it is a high quality, nutrient dense meal that has the right protein and carbohydrate ratio to keep you full for 2 and a half to 3 hours. You can still use your protein powders post workout or as a supplement but this is different, shakeology is a meal. I find that people get better results, have decreased cravings for sweets, it keeps your blood sugar stable and you are healthier! It's the nutrition that most do not get from their food in one glass.

I am also going to teach you how to plan out your meals, what are some healthy snacks, dinners and lunches.  Together we are going to work to give you a well rounded healthy balanced mind and body perspective on your health and your mental health.  The program is 4 weeks long!  You are required to check in daily to the group and report your progress with your food and your workouts.
