Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Walnuts

 Sometimes, the simplest salads are the best, like this 21 Day Fix-inspired recipe with only 4 ingredients. Fresh baby spinach is topped with protein-packed chicken, sweet strawberries, and crunchy walnuts. If you have cooked chicken on hand, and a bag of pre-washed spinach, this delicious summer salad takes only minutes to make. Even people with busy schedules can find time to make this healthy meal! Top it with your favorite dressing and you are set!

Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Walnuts
Total Time: 10 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1½ cups fresh baby spinach
4 oz cooked chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
8 raw walnut halves
Preparation:
1. Place spinach in a medium serving bowl.
2. Add chicken, strawberries, and walnuts; toss gently to blend.
3. Top with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
