Transformations Can Happen to You: May 18th Challenge!

Hey my #fightfam!

I am coming down from the ultimate HIGH from the Woman of the Year Campaign!  I went all out for 10 weeks of fundraising fun and it was by far one of the most rewarding things I've ever done.  Not only did our team, Fight for Joy, raise $67,914 (I had one more last minute donation go through!), but I also have this amazing feeling of joy and gratitude at how freely others gave to a cause that mean so much!

One thing I do as an entrepreneur is focus on growing personally.  I consider myself a major goal setter and I really strive to go after what I want.  Sometimes I fail and sometimes I do succeed, but every time I set a goal, I make time to reflect.

I came away from the event on an emotional roller coaster- truth be told.  Because it was such a passion of mine- I had to step away from some of my goals as a business owner!  But one thing is always constant.

My business succeeds if and only if people around me are succeeding.  I help people achieve their goals first and foremost of living a healthy and a fulfilling life.

It's time to refocus ALL of my ENERGY into something equally important to me:  helping my personal customers and challengers find success.





How Does this work? 
Introducing the Drop the Cover Challenge:

Confidence isn't about perfection.  It's about zipping your shorts up from last season and loving the smooth feel.  It's about being at a summer barbeque, confidently wearing your favorite summer shorts and not worrying about if others are looking at you.  It's about feeling beautiful in your own skin and loving the glow that summer gives you.

I get that you might be reading this post thinking, "What if I fail? What if it doesn't work? What if I just don't love it?"

I totally get it. I remember having those same worries! But I knew worrying wasn't going to get me anywhere closer to my goals. So I decided, if this doesn't work in thirty days I can return it and get my money back. Guys- I never returned it...

It wasn't a crash diet or a quick fix. This was a support group that included daily check ins, accountability partners, and commitment on my end. The members of the group were counting on me to support them as much I as I was depending on them. This created the perfect IDEAL environment for success!

and three years later it is still the best choice I've ever made. My career now is paying it forward.

Here's what I am going to do:

I plan on sharing my meal plans, guide you to creating your own, give you recipes, tips and ideas to help you achieve your goals. Whether its 5lbs or 20+ lbs I can help! I really truly love what I do and I get no great joy than seeing other people succeed!

I will also be sharing some of my best practices for confidence.  This is something so dear to my heart as it's something that I personally struggled with for years!
