Crock Pot Red Hot Chicken

This is by far one of the easiest recipes you could ask for!

High in flavor.  Low in calorie!

Ingredients 
5-6 frozen chicken breasts
12 ounces of hot sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 packet of ranch dressing mix.  (I used Wildfire Ranch Dressing Packet!)


Directions
Place frozen chicken in the crock pot.  Sprinkle with ranch dressing packet.  Add hot sauce and chicken broth.

Cook on high 5 hours.  Shred chicken and serve over a bed of lettuce or a wrap! 

Yum!
