I am introducing to you a different way of looking at you health and fitness goals. This is a time of year to reflect on all things 2014 brought you: the obstacles, the joys, the changes and think about all that you have to be thankful for. When the rest of the world is busy with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season- I want to encourage members of my group to take time for yourself, and make your health a priority. Let's face it. This time of year, it's easy to pack on the pounds and just, "wait until January." NOW is the time to put yourself first. Now is the time to surround yourself with others who lift you up. NOW is the time to learn HOW to make a lifestyle change and never diet again. Making yourself a priority isn't a time suck- instead it should be looked at as an opportunity to better manage your time and savor the little moments of gratitude in your life.
There is no better time than now to give yourself the gift of good health. There is no better time than now to start learning how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Here's what I propose.
- An environment that focuses first on finding the good in our daily lives
- A place for tips, motivation and accountability through me as your coach
- Provided meal plans, recipes, snack ideas, and party treats to help you stay accountable without ever feeling deprived
- An opportunity to surround yourself with people who raise your spirits and help you remain focused on your health
This is an opportunity to get the most of your holiday season, to slow down, and to remember the things we have to be grateful for.
To participate in this challenge and receive your complimentary 21 Days of Gratitude Gift, please send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave me a message at ONE FIT FIGHTER.
Enrollment will take place this week! I look forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
