I Failed. Gonna Fix it.

It's taken me a lot of time.  It's taken me a lot of convincing.  But there is something about the fix that makes it appealing. Fool proof right:
  • Follow the plan.
  • Follow the work outs. 
  • Participate in the online challenge groups.

Can it really be that simple?  I mean- 21 days and you can lose 5-15 pounds?  It sounds to good to be true.

Here's the truth.
It DOES work. I've seen the results.  I've worked with customers who have achieved  the results.  The coaches on my team swear by it.  Yet, I have never experienced it.  Now it's my turn to get results, and I am asking 9 ladies or gentlemen to do it with me.

Here's the truth.  Maybe it will be perceived as an excuse, but no more!  I attempted my first round of the fix in February.  Four days into the program, I was diagnosed with cancer.  I wasn't allowed to lose weight.  So I continued to do the workouts (I love them), but I put my containers on a shelf to collect dust.

No more.  It's time to go!  But I know I need accountability.  I need YOU!

You may have heard about this program.  You may even have contemplated if it's a good fit for you.  You may be wondering if it's something that you can "stick" to. Here's what I can tell you.
  • I am going to give it 100%. 
  • I am going to start the program on September 22nd. (Here's the LINK- CLICK TO JOIN!)
  • I am going to invite 10 people to do the program along with me. 
  • If you are willing to work.  I will work with you. 
Together we are going to support one another through the 21 Day Program while learning how to meal plan, cook for the family, learn tips for eating on the go, and creating a healthier lifestyle.

  • Drinking shakeology daily
  • Working out 30 minutes a day
  • Following the 21 day nutritional plan created by trainer, Autumn Calabrese
  • Providing daily accountability through the online Facebook group
