Making Fitness into a Business

work from home Have you EVER considered becoming a Team Beachbody Coach?  I know you might follow my fitness, my clean eating, my recipes, my tips or my journey with cancer.  But did you know that I actually get paid for what I do as a health coach?  I actually have a Master's Degree in Reading and Language Arts, but being a coach allowed me the financial freedom to take a year long maternity leave and a year to be home while I punch cancer in the face.

I actually found Beachbody quite by accident.  I ordered Insanity without any knowledge of a challenge group or coaching, but completed the program, loved the results, and learned about the opportunity to make an income through a Facebook friend.  Never, in a million years, did I think that I would have the freedom to stay home while still providing a full time income for my family.

coaching businessHere's the kicker:
I don't have a background in nutrition .
I am most definitely not a personal trainer.
I am not a certified instructor.

So then how is fitness a business?

Simple.  Beachbody gives me all the tools to help my customers be successful.  I am their biggest motivator, cheerleader, and supporter.  That's it.

Beachbody has been an amazing company to work with. Yes, it's true.  I am the CEO of The Knockout Brigade, and have established an organization of coaches who are also seeing success with the business, but I don't feel like it's actually work.  After my recent diagnosis with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma, my husband and I have been able to put money aside for ALL the medical bills as well as build a deck so that I can still enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of my own backyard this summer.  Not to mention, with my team, I have an army of supporters who are sweating for a cause.  How cool is that!

stay at home mom jobs

I have been working as a coach for less than two years, have developed a stable income, a passion for helping others, and an opportunity to be home with my son.  I work hard to help my coaches see the same success through, 1:1 accountability groups, coach training academies, and coach group support. If you are not afraid of hard work and are willing to dream big, I have a, apprenticeship group that will begin April 7th.  You will have access to all my training tools, documents, and team calls to create a substantial business.  I'm a busy mom, just like so many others.  I just wanted a little extra cash.  I had no clue it would lead me to an Elite Coach as well as #55 in a company of about  150,000.  What does this mean?  Simple:  my team is successful.  My coaches duplicate what I do and they succeed too.  But it isn't all business:  being on the Brigade is fun too.  We really don't like to take ourselves too seriously.
