Introducing a 12 Week Health and Fitness Program

I am having such amazing success with customers: helping them change their lifestyles and lose the weight that they always wanted to.  You can read about customer success stories and how the program affected them individually.

I am beyond excited to announce my newest adventure in my health and fitness career.  I am always looking for a way to help the community and share my knowledge with others.  I find that with my online challenge groups it would be so nice to just meet once a week and discuss a different topic each week.  But with my customers being all over the country that can be hard to do.  So instead, I have decided to continue my online challenge groups but offer something local for those that would like more!!  
Starting September 19th 2012 Revolution Physical Therapy and Katy Ursta, Independent Beachbody Coach, will be launching another 12 week health and fitness program.  This program is designed to give you the support that you need to reach your health and fitness goals in a group setting.  Currently I run Beachbody Challenge Groups for 12 weeks through a closed facebook support group.  This means that each participant has committed to completed a fitness program of their choice, replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology and transforming their eating habits to a cleaner lifestyle.  With my daily guidance each participant works out in the comfort of their own home and checks into the group daily to receive meal planning, recipes, motivation, and accountability to start and finish the fitness program and ultimately transform their eating habits and exercise habits for the rest of their lives.
So, now the fun part begins!  Revolution Physical Therapy is partnering with Melanie Mitro to bring you an innovative weight loss and health program to help you lose the weight, but to also educate you about healthy food choices and increasing your quality of life! 
  

This 12 week program will include weekly topics of discussion such as:

  1. Grocery Shopping effectively
  2. Preparing healthy snacks
  3. Staying healthy while traveling
  4. Motivation
  5. Accountability
  6. Dealing with plateaus in your weight loss, ect… 
 Each participant will be required to be an active participant in their 12 week program by attending once a week sessions, committing to follow a fitness program and meal plan and replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the program.  In return the participants will have direct access to myself and the staff at Revolution Physical Therapy along with access to the online community of support, personalized testing for body fat, current health assessment along with receiving daily emails, handouts, meal plans, and recipes to keep you on track to meeting your own personal goals.  

Weekly meetings will occur every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm
.
