Zen Salmon

This is an easy, quick meal!  
Ingredients 
1 lb of fresh salmon
1 lb of salmon makes 3 servings!
salt and pepper to taste
low sodium soy sauce
toasted seseame seeds
cooking spray

Directions
Set oven rack to the highest level, allowing enough space to place a baking pan beneath it. Turn broiler on high. 

Coat pan with spray. Remove salmon and place on the pan.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Broil on high 7 minutes. 

Remove salmon from the oven and sprinkle with soy sauce and sesame seed; broil for two minutes. 

Serve with you favorite vegetable!
